Our efforts to drive policy and systems change are inspired by people experiencing homelessness and housing instability and shaped by service providers helping them navigate a complicated set of guidelines and resources. We lead, collaborate, support coalition work, and seek to learn from fellow advocates.
“Accessing and Maintaining Long-Term Solutions to Homelessness” was generated through a partnership between Hearth Connection, UCare, and Wilder Research. A robust response from service providers and people with lived experience across the state shaped the report’s findings and recommendations. Hearth Connection is organizing statewide community conversations to connect the report’s recommendations to actionable solutions for policymakers.
